  1. You guys are smart! Travel while you can...

I'm green with envy, I'll admit it. Never been to Denmark. What made you pick there?

  2. How do you say, "Happiest Country in the World" in Danish?

  3. I am sort of. But your clever literary reference and subtle picture spoke to my literary soul. The expansion of my ego at catching your references left little room for the green-eyed monster.

How fun, though! What are you going for?

  4. Ruth: I'm not completely sure how we settled on Denmark, but it was on a list of places we wanted to go in Europe, and after doing some research, seeing pictures, etc, we were won over.

    Jon: Glædeligvis Landskab på jorden

Meagan: I really appreciate that someone gets/finds some humor in my crazy references, be they literary or whatever. Good to know that I'm not just amusing myself. And we're just going for vacation, because we're so cool like that. :)

  5. Fun. I took a funny picture of a tourist sitting in front of that statue posing like the little mermaid. I should post it, it is hilarious.

  6. Boo. Cliche Hamlet reference. That is all.

  7. Morten says you would say "gladeste land i verden."

Apparently she got beheaded a few times by vandals and they had to make a new head for her. It's not easy being a mermaid.
